Publish a LiveDocs document to your SharePoint site as a PDF document.

A publication is triggered in conjunction with a state transition, as defined in a LiveDoc document's Workflow. This can be used to support a number of scenarios. For example:

  • Once approved, archive LiveDocs as PDF documents in SharePoint.

  • To start a review process, make LiveDocs available for a wider audience.
